About This Site

The information contained within this site is presented in "Frames" and requires a frames-capable browser. There are three (3) main "frames", each referred to here as a "Area".

The "Main Title Area" only contains the main titles for the site. The "Navigation Area" contains links used to request information from the site. When the "Navigation Area" links are clicked, the requested page is then displayed in the "Information Area".

For best results viewing this site you need a 3.0 browser or later which supports Frames, Java, JavaScript, and Forms. This site was developed using a screen size of 600 x 800, using 16-bit color. It is suggested to use these settings as a minimum when viewing this site.

How to Print from this site

1. Make sure the information you want to print is on the screen.
2. Single-click your mouse on the frame of text you want printed.
3. Click your "print" button, or choose "File", then "Print".

OR (for Internet Explorer only):

1. Make sure the information you want to print is on the screen.
2. Right-click your mouse on the frame of text you want printed.
3. Choose "Print"

• If the above steps do not work, and you are using a 4.0 or later browser, you can "Right-click" the frame containing the text you would like to print, then choose "Open Frame in New Window". You may then print the text from that page.

Legend:

ICON	DESCRIPTION
	When clicking a link which features the "Hand" icon, the information should appear in the frame directly to the right of where the hand is pointing.
	When clicking a link which features the "Browser" icon, the current page layout will change slightly and provide new options for the link you have selected.
	When clicking a link to another website, denoted by the "Internet Shortcut" icon, the requested page will be loaded into the main right frame. In some browsers, you can "Right-Click" the link and choose "Open Target/Link in New Window" if you want to open the link in a seperate browser.
	All tips and ideas are marked with the "Light Bulb" icon.
	All links to success stories or other testimonials are marked with the "Story Book" icon.
	All terms preceded by the "Glossary" icon are linked to the Glossary of Terms and Acronyms
