Central Office Staff Members

The Texas Water Utilities Association was established in 1918 specializing in educational training for our utilities profession which is base out of Austin, Texas - the State's Capitol.  We believe the T.W.U.A. Central Office staff to represent one of the most effective organization of its size. We  proudly serve a membership of 8,600 individuals, with a staff of six full-time employees. T.W.U.A.  mission is to aggressively educate, provide quality training, and resources to our members.

Executive Director
The Executive Director Russell Hamilton is the Chief Executive Officer of the Texas Water Utilities Association. The Executive Director works under the oversight of the Association's Management Committee, and is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Association and the Central Office Staff. Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the design and implementation of the Association's academic and licensing programs, and for keeping accurate records of licensing credit. Contact this individual when you have questions regarding upcoming schools, seminars or other training events, or to inquire about licensing credits and the Association's licensing/certification programs. The Training Coordinator is currently Mr. David Moore who can be contacted at d.moore@twua.org.
 
Event /Service Coordinator
The Event Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the various services provided by the Association. This position along with our Executive Director and Training Coordinator -coordinates our Annual School and other conferences as needed. The Event Coordinator also maintains the Customer Service Section Certification program.  This  person also serves as the contact person for advertising in the  Texas Water Utilities Journal (the Association's monthly magazine). The  Event Coordinator is currently Ms. Angela Monroe who can be contacted at a.monroe@twua.org.
 
Accounting
The Accounting/Bookkeeper  is responsible for maintaining the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and other financial records of the Association. Contact the Accounting department should you have questions regarding  any financial issues. The  Accounting/Bookkeeper  is currently  Ms. Donna Martin who can be contacted at d.martin@twua.org
 
Membership Coordinator
The Membership Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Association's membership database, along with the mailing  of the  renewal notices. Contact the Membership Coordinator should you have questions regarding the status of your membership or when you have a change of address. The Membership Coordinator is currently Ms. Henrietta Adee who can be contacted at h.adee@twua.org
 
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining the Laboratory Analysts Section Licensing program and the reporting of credit hours to (T.C.E.Q.) This position also serves as  a floater in the office and a general assistant to the Executive Director. The Administrative Assistant is currently open.
